Fiona Byrne and her Green lot quite clearly and demonstrably support Islamic terrorism. They quite clearly support any regime that is contrary to Australia’s best interests and will drag Australia down and encourage others – albeit unwillingly into supporting these terrorists. Fiona Byrne is clearly guilty of treason.
Fiona Byrne and her radical looney left have totally lost the plot. Hardly a boycott on Israel, its a stand for one of the worst terrorist organizations the world has known. Yasir Arafat is the father of modern day terrorism, hijacking aircraft and killing innocent civilians. The founder of the PLO, Palestine Liberation Organisation to be exact. The track record speaks for itself.
Arafat became involved with Palestinian politics as a teenager in the 1940s, fighting against the idea of Israel before Israel was re-established by U.N. edict. Arafat formed terrorist group Al Fatah (“The Struggle”) 在 1956, while pro-Palestinian forces in Egypt, 敘利亞, and Jordan started the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO). Arafat was elected Chairman of the PLO’s Executive Committee in 1969, operating it as a terrorist group through the late 1980s.
What is rather frighening is the fact that these people, chamioned by Fiona Byrne put themselves forward as a competent alternative Government for Australia.
In spite of incredible pressure from all directions this woman and her pack of ratbags remain defiant, claiming some sort of victory. All you ended up doing Fiona Byrne, is making a fool of yourself big time. Basically what you have done is blown your cover of a “green” tree hugging movement and shown it to be a very dangerous radical. Once the political lines were known. Left and Right. You lot have added in a very new tangent as dangerous as any extremeist organization.
NSW Greens MP John Kaye said the party’s support for the “rights” of Palestinians would not be weakened.
“The Greens were unable to sustain the boycotts, divestments and sanctions motion but our support for the rights of the Palestinian people will not weaken,” he told reporters in Sydney on Wednesday.
“We will continue to campaign in whatever way we can to make sure the world understands that the Palestinian people are being deposed and their human rights are being denied on a daily basis.”
Marrickville Council in December had voted to support a global Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) campaign, which accuses Israel of ethnic cleansing and racial discrimination.
